Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PoolTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PoolTrack is a pool chemistry tracking and management tool. It provides water chemistry logging, trend analysis, dosing calculations, treatment tracking, inventory management, and email reminders.

PoolTrack is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not replace professional pool service or water testing.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• PoolTrack offers Free, Pro, and Professional subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

The free tier includes:

• 1 pool
• 25 most recent readings in history
• Basic chemistry logging and dosing calculator

Features such as inventory management, treatment workflow, 90-day trend charts, CSV export, and email reminders require a Pro or Professional subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API endpoints.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or generate excessive load.

• You retain ownership of all pool chemistry data you enter into PoolTrack.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as needed to operate the service.
• You can export your data (Pro plan and above) or request a full export by contacting us.

PoolTrack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Chemistry calculations will be perfectly accurate for all pool configurations.
• Following the dosing recommendations will produce specific results in your pool.

PoolTrack is not a substitute for professional water testing or pool maintenance advice. Always verify chemistry readings with a reliable test kit. Improper chemical treatment can be hazardous.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
